Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Omega Trove LLC is committed to making omegaops.ai and the OmegaOps product usable by people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance status

omegaops.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit, and we do not claim full conformance. The gaps we know about are listed below.

What we do

• Semantic page structure with landmarks and ordered headings, a “Skip to content” link, and keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator.
• Text colours chosen to meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
• Interactive targets sized for touch (at least 44 by 44 pixels on our own controls).
• Layouts that reflow at narrow widths and remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
• Respect for your system’s “reduce motion” setting: animations and background video are stopped or hidden when it is on.
• Right-to-left layout for Arabic content.

Known limitations

These are the issues we know about as of the date above, and what we are doing about each:

• Background video without a pause button. The home page plays short, silent, looping videos automatically. They carry no sound and no information that is not also in the page text, and they stop when your system requests reduced motion, but there is not yet an on-screen control to pause them (WCAG 2.2.2). Planned fix: a visible pause/play control.
• Legal pages in English only. The site offers an Arabic language option, but the legal pages, including this one, are currently available in English only. A professionally translated Arabic version is in preparation.
• The desktop software has not been formally evaluated. The OmegaOps installer and on-screen prompts have not yet been tested against WCAG with assistive technology. Much of the product runs in the background and is operated through your chosen AI assistant, whose own accessibility is set by its provider.

Third-party content

Checkout and subscription management are provided by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages, and the software works with third-party applications and websites that you choose. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but if one of them blocks you from using OmegaOps, tell us and we will help you find a way through.
